Whew...

OK, so here's the deal. Beau went to an impromptu managers meeting a couple of weeks ago. The owner of the company he is working for dropped the bomb that he is selling the company. Turns out he is selling the company to a franchise business. Brooke Franchising, If any of you have heard of them please let me know if you have any opinions.

Anyway, what they do is buy existing companies and franchise them. Long story short, they want Beau to continue to run the Tulsa offices. Well, run may be to soft of a word. What they really want id Beau to OWN them. They want him so badly that they have agreed to finance us 100%! We already know how good those offices do. After all, he opened them. So, within a matter of a few weeks, we will be business owners. How cool is this?!

On the edge of something huge

There has been a huge potential change looming in the Moore household. All good if it works out the way we are hoping it will. If not, well then we may have a bit of a setback. Sounds intriguing non? I don't want to jinx anything, so I can't say too much now. So much happening!!!! All I would like to say is that, Beau is working on a "big deal". He will be in meetings today and tomorrow in Kansas City. There is one major yes or no question that will determine the whole deal. If the answer is yes, our financial future will be quite different indeed. I will post more as soon as I have "the answer". Oh lord, this is insane!!

OK OK...

So I now have people threatening me to post something new. So here it is. Heh.

Let's see, Christmas was awesome. The hubby and I really tried to outspoil one another this year. I got him an X-Box 360 and he got me a new computer and a replica 1930's style stereo with a turntable! Yay! So I dragged out all of my old waxy love and have been having a blast reliving the past.

No New Years resolutions for me, I only break them.

OK, so much for the catch-up. You see, my life isn't all that interesting. Well, maybe it is to me SOMEtimes, but I really don't think it is all that interesting to other people. Maybe I am wrong. (Please feel free to be honest. Heh, like any of you would flatter me. LOL)

Have to run an errand, brb.

Ok, back. I had to visit a client. On the way back I stopped at a local bakery, Red Rock Bakery, and got a tea and this chocolate yum yum from hell. Oh man. It's so freakin good.

Well, I hope this makes you happy. Hehe. Tonight I have a dinner meeting with the Stillwater Young Professionals Association. Should be interesting. I'm ordering steak.

Well, the boss just walked in and I need to split.
I will try to post more often OK!!??
Sheesh

I love to read, I need to make more time for it. What are some of your favorite reads?

I notice.

My house is a-glow with Christmas. We have a sweet little "deer scene", on our front yard. We also have some awesome fun twinkly lights running along the top of our house. Why do I mention this? Because while Lashell, Morgan and I were baking our fingers away to make gifts for our respective offices, my darling Angel was crawling on the house hanging lights.

It's not that he hates Christmas, he just doesn't get into it as much as I do. But, there he was, climbing around on the roof, hanging lights and coordinating the "twinkles" just for me.

He did all this for me. What a beautiful and sweet gift he gave me. He not only crawled around on the roof to get the lights up, he also took his whole weekend off to do it.

I love him so much, and I am so grateful to him for what he did for me.
I love you so much Angel.
I notice.

Back to reality

I'm baaack! Lots of avocados. It rained. It was cold. We had a great time. I got drunk with my Mom. I miss them already. I want to move back. More later.
